Returns


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For hygiene reasons swimwear and lingerie will not be accepted for return unless the item is faulty.

You must inform us as soon as possible if your item is faulty and within 7 days of receiving it. Faulty items must be returned within 14 days or you will not be eligible for a refund.

1. I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?
We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money!
 
2. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?
Unfortunately, there are no returns unless there are defects in the products. If there is, please inform us within a WEEK OF RECEIVING. In that case, we would be happy to help find resolution for the issue!
 
3. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A LARGER OR SMALLER SIZE?
We may be able to offer an exchange, please just email and we'll be happy to help) All of our products have different measurements, so it is VERY important to compare the measurements in each product to the measurements of a garment you already own at home for accuracy. Are there no measurements or you want more information about a specific product? Email us!

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns.baresoul@gmail.com and we will provide the address for return. This must be done within 28 days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When returning you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items marked with ✝ symbol are non- returnable

Bespoke, made to measure, one-of-a-kind items are all exempt from this return policy and are not eligible for return.
